His continued work in real estate throughout his finance career made his transition back into the industry seamless — grounded in the same core principles of putting clients first and delivering exceptional service.

A proud U.S. Army veteran, Julio combines discipline, integrity, and a deep understanding of both finance and real estate to help clients make confident, informed decisions. He has been a South Florida resident since 1974, is an alum of Miami Dade College, and is married with two adult daughters.
